So much easier the way it is no need to ring up station or rosters

Unfair and makes swapping shifts a lot harder, it's beneficial to see what colleagues are working making the job as flexiable as possible. It saves a hell of a lot of hassle

No need to change the way it was sent out & without consultation it was changed

Change of roster with out consulting staff.... I find this ridiculous
