The undersigned residents of Rockbridge County, Buena Vista or Lexington, Virginia hereby request the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors to ban the import of solid waste or hazardous materials into the County for incinerating or processing by any means.
(Note: By Virginia Code, recyclable materials are not regulated as "solid waste."  See BLOG)
