Michigan is one of the last states that forces All prisoners to serve their full sentence, even if the prisoner has shown remarkable progress within his or her own rehabilitation. Other states have what is called “Good Time” and “Disciplinary Credit”. This allows prisoners to earn days off their sentence. This petition supports the Good Time Bill (HB5665;HB5666;HB5667). Which has by partisan support. If you believe in second chances and rehabilitation or have a family member serving an extremely long sentence, it is asked that you to SUPPORT AND SIGN THIS PETITION. Thank you for your time and supporting this matter.
