Final supporters
Prop. 90 allows people 55 and over and permanently disabled people that have lived in their house for two years or longer to take their property tax value from one county to another another.
Each County was given the option of implementing this in there county. Most counties did implement this, Riverside did in 2013. San Bernardino was very close in 2008. They were to vote on it in their July 7, 2008 board meeting, but was never put on the agenda and just let die. No one has any reason why that happened.
On May 6, 2014 the board sent this to be analyzed what fiscal impact to the county. It has been five weeks and there has been no report.

I am currently monitoring the status of the requested fiscal impact analysis from the board. Continued silence on this report is frustrating given how long the voters of this county have waited for a resolution.

What are they hiding? If Riverside can make it happen there is no excuse for us to still be waiting. Stop stalling and let us move.
Ridiculous that they have been dragging their feet on this for years. We voted for this way back in 88 and the board just ignores us. Get it done already.

Finally someone is bringing this up again. Rent is through the roof and seniors are getting priced out of their homes. This is long overdue for San Bernardino.
