We the Undersigned call on the North Carolina General Assembly to open Impeachment procedings against Beverly Perdue, Govenor of North Carolina under North Carolina General Statue NC GS 123-1. Given her belief that Elections should be canceled, she is in violation of her oath of office. (NC Constitution of North Carolina, Article III, section 4.) as to her oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of North Carolina.
