President Obama now wants a 9/11 style investigation into top Bush officals regarding terrorist interrogations. If this happens it will open them up to federal prosecution. The last time I checked terrorist do not follow the geneva code of convention and there for should not have any rights normally affored a POW. If this goes through it will make all the lives lost in the war on terror a lost cause
