Corruption in Mayor Richard Berry's office and the police department, is out of control in Albuquerque. There have been cover-ups, blatatant acts of malfeasance, waste of tax payers dollars, and an allowance of criminal activity to occur with no consequence or investigation. It is time for the voters to send a clear message. This online petition will be for the sole purpose to evaluate how many citizens would be willing to support the impeachment of Mayor Berry. If enough support is shown, in accordance with the New Mexico Constitution Article X section 9, a request will be submitted to District Court for approval for a legal and binding petition to remove Mayor Berry from his seat of office.
