Due to the fact that our new HMA President Scott Fenwick has not acted in an fashion that is in the best interest of us Homeowners here in Swiss Village retirement communitym, a division of CRF Communities we as homeowners feel that it would be in the best interest of all of us homeowners to remove Scott Fenwick from office and allow our Vice President Kenneth Svitak to be the new President of our Homeowners Association.
