As XO of the Heimdal, I feel the current CS lacks the leadership skills required to lead this organization. She is in the position by default and all CS's serve at the leasure of the membership and I feel that right needs to be revoked immediately by said membership.

As CO of the USS Heimdal in R/1, I believe that Ms. Woodell-Vitasek does not possess the maturity or the ability to be in a leadership position in Starfleet. My concern is for the organization & its continuation as a VIABLE organization. I believe Ms. Woodell-Vitasek is incapable of leading the organization to that end & may, instead, damage it irreparably.

Done so wrongly... shows incompetence of someone who has been put in a position that has gone to their head and shows more a personal dislike or threat of position from a fellow colleague
