Any Judge whom swears on a bible to uphold the U.S. Constitution and states that the U.S. Constitution is outdated and should not be used is in violation of their oath and should be removed (Impeached)

How dare this userper take an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States and yet state that it is perfectly fine (even desirable) for judges to “ignore” constitutional text.

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. To publicly call for ignoring the constitution as a Federal judge is a prima facia case for immediate removal from office. He should note that his very office derives its legitimacy from the document he finds obsolete.

This Judge is too full of himself. He does NOT believe in the Constitution and feels it is no longer relevent,. He needs to be removed immediately. He's too OLD and stupid and must be removed.
