If the judge has Violated anyone's Rights, that is a Felony. He should be Indicted Prosecuted and Incarcerated persuant to U.S. Code Title 18 Section 242.

My father was a successful busiman and had everything taken from him as he started in first stages of dementia in 2013. Randy Kennedy was the judge and between my moms attorney who did wrong and dads attorney who just followed moms....well my father got shafted.

In the above letter. Where it says letter was going to swindle me I meant Lawyer Tim Smith of Murfreesboro. He did have a partner Derick Artrip but he was disbarred. Go figure

That man Judge Kennedy should be in jail. I had received a letter from Judge Kennedy's office in January to appear in Judge Kennedy's courtroom to discuss the matter where my brother Steven and our letter conspired to swindled me out of my half of my late brothers estate. I had filed a complaint with the district attorneys office about being cheated. The District Attorney showed me a paper called Receipt,Release,and waiver of accounting. This paper says that you are satisfied with the probate court. I have never seen this paper before. I look on the bottom and I see a signature .It was not mine but it was my name. In other words it was a forgery. It was also notarized on July 8th 2013. I was not in the state of Tennessee that day . I had sent copies of my bank records that day to the District Attorney's office (Jim Milam and Benny Goodman) another copy to the Tennessee board of responsibility and another to Judge Kennedy. According to the bank records I was purchasing items at a Lakeland Florida Walmart with my debit card. I was also purchasing items at a dollar store in Auburndale Florida that day. At the hearing my brother and the attorney were lying through their teeth about everything while Judge Kennedy allowed it . Not only that in the end despite the evidence of the bank records Judge Kennedy ruled this was not a forgery . Not only that he advised my brother to sue me. I blame the district attorney;s office. They fixed this hearing with Judge Kennedy. The district attorneys office first wanted me to sign over my half of the house to Steven Stabile .The same man that forged my name. That is some county you people live in You have corrupt judges and District Attorneys .I thought where I live was bad .I know one thing I would not want to live there. Too much corruption
