Hi my name is Mark. A long resident of Midleton district. Around 2013 the Midleton Gardi raided my house and planted 28g of Cannabis herb aka weed and during the raiding they refused to show the warrant and to supervise the search. Afterwards they found the cannabis that the Gardi planted, brought me back to Midleton Garda Station, tried to use the drugs to make me, give information about people I didn't know, so in my situation I agreed to help the Gardi as I needed time to figured how to properly deal with this situation. The Gardi tried to play me so I played them back. What I mean about this, is I told them I know the people even though I didn't. Because they said they wudnt charge me for cannabis if I helped them. So I lied to them and was brought to court , luckily for me.... The peace comminiser at the time, wudnt like under oath of the Bible when he was called as a witness. Brian Sheridan is the most disgraceful judge I have ever come across. His public outbursts of shouting and roaring at those unfortunate enough to come before him, based primarily on his emotions is not on. His refusal to abide by the law in many cases, especially in cases where those he found guilty of assault where actual victims who were defending themselves is appaling. The man has serious issues regarding his temper that need to be dealt with. Calling people names and insulting them in court is no way to deal his problems. His like someone who suffers from schizophrenia He is a disgrace to the bench.

setting bail at ridiculous amount full sentence that was allowed, even though case was 3 years ago and was charged with wrong charge and with wrong time and name on summons no evidence whats so ever but still sherdon on does was sherdon wants

I saw Judge Brian Sheridan nod off during one of my family law hearings in Midleton. This occurred after he was almost 1hr late for the half 10 call, which is a regular occurrence. During my "hearing" he started writing notes into a file only to be corrected by a clerk (big head small face) that he was writing into a different person's file. Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe this family law judge.

Had an awful experience involving family law with him , just last week he degraded me in court shouted banged tables even people outside court room could hear him , Hates women and doesn’t even look at evidence given !

A solicitor down there told me about how corrupt it is he said the guards decide who they want jailed and he jail's them with no evidence needed total scum who will get his karma back somehow
