Carnery has proven by his inactivity with the DOC since the murder of Lt. Floyd, that he is incapable of running this state!! He is so unaware of the continued danger the Correctional Officer's put themselves in most of the time working doubles. If they weren't frozen due to lack of Officer's. The governor has not tried to fulfill his duties he said he would !! I think he needs to find another job because he sure is not good as GOVERNOR!!!! He has done so much pushing things under the rug it is sad how he treats the ones who voted him in wishing for CHANGE for the BETTER!!

He was in complete violation of policies. He was negligent from the start and should be named in the lawsuit against the others, He was part of Minner's entourage. If he chose to intervene he made himself accountable.

You can't fix a problem with having the same mindset that started the problem! This needs looked into from all aspects! The inmates need heard! And when you don't believe them then send in unannounced undercover agents and find out first handed! Then when you witness the COs who are as abusive as they are then fire them! They aren't above the law and they commit crimes! To figure out the solution you need all the pieces to the puzzle and since you clearly can't figure that out then you are proof nothing will change until someone gets in office who is brave enough to get all the pieces to the issues! Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome! Inmates need mental health help and to learn new trades so that when they get out they don't go back to what they knew before! This is truly common sense! Stop beating them while they are down and begin helping them get up and grow! Education is growth so when do you want to grow? There are reasons why Teen Challenge works and you should make the prisons like that!
