From Atty Chris Wiest on being arrested for not wearing a mask in public:
They can, in fact, arrest people over this. The governors executive orders, until or unless we have a court striking them down, can be punished as a class a misdemeanor. That is up to a year in jail. Police can arrest you for it.
This is why I have been railing against this stuff. Because it’s serious. And scary.
This is under KRS9A.100. A misdemeanor.
