How can doctors get away with this? The MMC needs to wake up and do their job. Cancel their license now.

Subject: Immediate suspension of the registration of the three accused doctors, (Dr. Ankita Khandelwal, Dr.Bhakti Mehere and Hema Ahuja ) in Payal Tadavi Case……. Reference: News in media , The Indian Express , Mumbai , 18th July 2020. Dear Sir, The three doctors , Dr. Bhakti Mehare, Dr. Ankita Khandelwal and Dr. Hema Ahuja are accused in the Dr. Payal Tadvi case for abetting suicide of Dr. Payal, caste atrocities and ragging against Dr. Payal. They were in custody for long time and have got bail only on stringent conditions laid by Honourable Bombay High Court. One such condition was their suspension of registration in MMC. But later on the Court directed that the matter of suspension of registration is within the domain of MMC and hence such decision was left to the MMC. But since that time and even after the official complaint to MMC registered by Mrs. Abeda Tadvi ( Dr. Payal’s mother ) , MMC didn’t bother to initiate any enquiry against the three accused doctors. Furthurmore you have ex - parte revoked the suspension of registration citing the high court’s direction. This is very shocking that instead of proceeding for the immediate enquiry and convicting the accused accordingly , you revoked the suspension. You neither heard to the complainant nor you have shown decency in informing your order to the complainant. It is a matter of great concern that the MMC has disregarded the heinous crime conducted by the accused doctors. They have been accused of torturing and humiliating Dr. Payal for her Scheduled Tribe background and severe ragging of her which led finally to the suicide of Dr. Payal. As per media reports , in Dr. Payal’s case the serious offences of caste atrocities are part of the charge sheet by the police and also form part of the Anti-ragg

Justice for payal is must. No mercy for people who push others to end their life. They dont deserve to be doctors.
