The govt gave metro links so much power that no one can object to what they do. There is absolutely no regard for the small businesses and parking is important . You also made one lane to the Allen expressway which is causing havoc and is extremely dangerous because of what drivers do to try and get ahead. Someone is going to die or be seriously injured This mess has been going on for 11 yrs with another 2-3 to go

Traffic is a nightmare. Don’t reduce the number of lanes.

This mess created by Metrolinx and the City of Toronto needs to be dealt with despite the obvious lack of concern on both parties. The recent election of Tory and his obvious lack of concern is telling. A pox on anyone that voted for him because he has the ability to do something and he obviously won't. I would love it if they had the voter in mind but this will likely continue for many years until Metrolinx and the City prioritize people over politics.

Living on Fairleigh--our beautiful street becomes a nightmare 8-10 am and 3-6 pm. No sidewalks, school at end of street, fighting, can't get off our driveways, speeding, excessive parking, using our street to get onto Allen. HELP!!

I can’t even get out of my driveway during rush hour due to the heavy traffic on Wembley

Our street needs to be safe and cleaned up. Cars should park legality on one side of the st. Alley behind the plaza can’t be blocked while the st is blocked. Problem driving in and out of our street. Unsafe sidewalk while cars driving over it from a lack of space on the rd.

I live on Old Forest Hill and once I am only one block from my home, I have a 30 minute wait. It’s so disappointing.

Need these lanes opened up already. 5 years of thos headache already.

Destroying all the businesses along Eglinton

I think its horrible almost to Leslie. I live on Redpath and Erskine, and cars are now diverting through the school zones because Eglinton is impassible

I live in the area...safety concerns especially near Seniors apartments, are paramount.

I agree with all concerns of the residents of the Upper Village and Cedarvale. I want to add that the increased traffic on Vaughan Rd. closer to St. Clair has greatly increased in recent years due to the LRT chaos. Because drivers don't want to deal with the delays due to construction around Eglinton and Bathurst, vehicles are using Vaughan Rd. instead, which is causing safety issues for the local residents. Traffic is faster and their is much more congestion, leading to impatient drivers even driving on the sidewalks at times, including irresponsible delivery drivers.

What a mess… can’t wait for this to be finished

We moved from the area after 9 years of LRT Construction, when they probably could have widened the street and lay down a streetcar track - not this over expensive opulent project! Disappointing! And the small businesses suffered too!

It’s been difficult navigating through this area, it’s unsafe with all the traffic. The constant change in street closer is dangerous, especially when there aren’t clear signs of where to drive or walk.

They should be jailed for extreme incompetence at a minimum and likely corruption
