Immediate Relief for Cedarvale and Upper Village: SIGN; NO DONATIONS PLEASE

One time I was 3 blocks from my house , and just parked my car and walked. If you live in this neighborhood you know it's an average of 20-30 minutes a block ....... This traffic is unbelievable. Every day when I look out my window in this beautiful place and all I see are cars . I can't leave my house without an audience for blocks

Agreed but be careful what you ask for. The City "planners" are planning to only have 1 lane of traffic each way, thus "finishing" Allen & Eglinton to operate in permanent congestion, just like it is now. No traffic study done. Need to have 2 lanes restored each way (4 lanes total) - just as it was before this construction fiasco.

This has gone on too long. It’s like a prison between the hours of 12:30-7 to leave your house and you wait 30 minutes to move 2 blocks. You must pass cars by 1 inch. Seeing accidents weekly. The chaotic merge leading to the Allen must end Today not tomorrow

Restore 4 car driving lanes on Eglinton. It is not too late to correct the egregious error of removing car traffic lanes. There was never authentic approval from elected representatives to remove traffic lanes. The tale that this is so was fabricated or misunderstood. This calamity can still be corrected. There would only be applause for doing the right thing to create efficient traffic flow and restore economic and mental health to this vital city corridor.

The streets North and South of Eglinton Avenue West near the Allen Road are so congested that trying to navigate through them is extremely dangerous. Something has to be done now!!!

Take away the bike lanes on eglinton and make it 2 lanes each way. No more restrictions at glen cedar light. Lefts at anytime. Turning left from side streets is hazardous. More lights to do this safely and legally!!!!!

I have lived for most of my 62 years in Cedervale, and I have never seen any traffic problems close to these. The city should be doing much more to ease the situation.

This needs to be dealt with asap.

Something needs to be done immediately. I cannot get to and from my house with this traffic. It is so bad, cars are driving the wrong way down one-way streets to avoid it.

As a pedestrian and cyclist I fear for my safety . Angry drivers make risky manoeuvres and don't look out for other types of road users

Drivers are so aggressive getting on and off the Allen that it is extremely unsafe for pedestrians and I have had several close calls.
