This is a waste of tax payers money, go after a real criminal. I've done training similar to this, it's very common for military personal.

Magistrate Sheryl Cornack demonstrated a pronounced bias in her comments against a Australian Soldier who was conducting training in uniform and carrying his training equipment. An Australian Defence Force member should be allowed to wear his uniform carry training whilst in public without fear of causing public alarm and being charged.

This man showing dedication to his service and bettering himself training with what is a piece of steel & a few welded parts to make it carry like the military rifle, which it does not look like should be commended, not treated as a crime. Give this guy a fair go.
