Ok, it wasn't smart but give the bloke a break. He was trying to do the right thing. The courts have more important matters to attend to.
I'm disappointed the ADF didn't support him.

Treated like a criminal for trying to improve his physical and mental performance in order to ensure he can protect austrailas interests when he is called upon. Shame on two arresting officers, the media and the magistrate who are so far removed from societies general perception of the defence force
