As a former soldier I canned fathom the over reaction by Qld police or the magistrates ridiculous comments. Hopefully common sense will prevail and the charges will be dropped.

i live at eight mile plains just down the road from where this happens. An over-reaction by media and police since the truth came out. He has my support.

I am a former QLD Police Officer (14 years) and current member of the ADF. I completely believe this to be an overreaction on behalf of police and judiciary. I live in Springfield Lakes area, QLD and have observed defence members training along main streets with metal pipes. Don't punish one of our country's protectors because of the naivety of a few!

A joke how veterens are treated in todays society, especially when an MP of Adelaide is released on many counts of Pedophilia. We sacrafice our lives for your well being and this is how we're treated.
