We need to watch our Servicepersonnel's backs during these troubled times. I've got your back brother. No need to worry.

What a joke, should never have been charged in the first place.

One can only hope that the police ensured that this was the first time. With a quick word of warning should be enough to finalise the whole incident. Saves court time and Police time. If it happens again,,, then proceed with court action

Political correctness at its ugly best trying to vilify a young man who is doing his country proud.

Playing into terrorist hands by endorsing fear through this charge of public nuisance which is so obviously just someone training with a non realistic weight

Perhaps he could have given more thought to where he trained, having said this I have to wonder who reported this? We have to be observant given the terrorist situation worldwide, but getting the facts straight before calling authorities would be wise.

He was training to be one of Australia's finest hero's, he had zero ill intent, only the countries best interest at heart, now that same country's ludicrous judicial system that lets rapists out in little time (some who've go on to murder) are now trying to screw him over! The judge should be so ashamed of herself she is a massive disappointment to this country and the Australian defence force as a whole! Support this Solider and help him receive justice not a ridiculous convicton!

This is a joke, can understand the Police response but cannot und we stand why this is going further. The Magiatrates comments show theybare not impartial and are completely out of touch with reality

It is sad when mainstream Australia cannot workout what colour the uniform of an Austalian soldier is.
