Ridiculous! this used to be the standard way of training for those getting ready to do the SAS course. How can the police charge him!

This is ridiculous. A suburban area near army barracks you see soldiers exercising all the bloody time no big surprise! This was made worse over the media hype and hysteria. Shameful that a soldier is being charged to maintaining or improving his fitness.
