I don't understand why you can have plain clothed police running around with guns but a soldier carrying a metal shaped bar is seen as a threat and he was in his full army gear.

The way the police and media have treated this poor soldier is beyond sickening! They should pull their head out their asses and focus on the "real" threats that we face in our towns and not on the actions of one bloke training in his own time to defend our rights and freedom. Shame on QPS and the media!

Here's hoping a united community voice can see commonsense prevail and this Australian soldier have all charges against him dropped. He posed no danger to the public and any perceived threat was clearly poor judgement on behalf of a mere few individuals.
