It’s not fair to the prisoners who are suppose to be awarded good time when it’s your mistake. Not only does the prisoner suffer so does their family.

I cannot believePeople with non-violent crimes are staying in overcrowded prisons that we’re paying for because there’s no such thing as good time just because one person acted stupid into thousand and 13 it’s a shame that everyone else has to pay for it and we have to pay for it in our taxes even President Trump let out a non-violent woman

release them because as tax payers we suffer. Release the inmates that have been since to life with no eligibility and has not harmed no one because of that bogus habitual law. Some people have 10 cases and are free or a murder and are free. Jacob Miles serving life without parole eligibility on a robbery where the witness couldn't even id him.

Bring back good time, electronic detention and empty those overcrowded places out of all non violent criminals. You are not rehabilitating as you have taken all the educational classes away and there is no point just housing them away when there are so many other deserving criminals who could be taking their place. Relieving the inmate population will relieve the stress of the staff and fewer inmates mean fewer officer assaults.

Everyone deserves a second chance if the prison system is not willing to give these individual the training and job knowledge to succeed after being release then we have to.

My husband has been incarcerated for half of his life. 19 years for a crime he never committed. He has lost way too much being behind bars. Give him the time he has earned all these years so he come home to his family.

allow prisoners who are truly working under a rehabilitation to be able to have good time credit for their sentence to be reduced based on their behavior and performance in prison. this help keeps repeated offenders in jail who is a nuisance as well as allows the one's who is treatable and deemed changeable to be able to get the proper credit of good behavior on their said sentence.
