I ride over 1,000 miles a year. I wish there was an effective way to reach out and educate ALL riders about bike safety, especially at the Busse Woods Forest Preserve in Elk Grove, IL.

Biking is a great way to slow down and enjoy life. It also offers healing for the body and soul!

Cycling has been a HUGE benefit to my mental and physical health during the pandemic. I'm so thankful Chicago is as bike-friendly as it is.

I miss my commute to the office.
I rode a lot fewer miles since I am on home office. Historically 90% of my miles are for transportation.
Today I picked up 2x 8-ft 2x4s, a broom, some potting soil and a hose with my bike.

There is no greater pleasure that to ride your bicycle down a tree-lined trail on a beautiful summer day.
Thank you Ride Illinois for all that you do!
