Da cittadino italiano, che si vergogna per come vanno le cose nel proprio Paese e, nello specifico, per come vengano trattate male certe categorie di studenti, sottoscrivo pienamente la petizione. Muovete il culo, inetti!

THIS IS A BIG OFFENCE FOR ALL OF US AND I AM MADLY ANGRY OF THIS CONDITION AND I ACTUALLY MISSED SOME OF MY GOOD DONFERENCES AS A STUDENT OR EVEN AS A HUMAN BEING RIGHT. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I totally agree, it has affected me a lot. I work and want to travel abroad but I am always waiting for my permesso so I can not...this is not what Europe should be like for students and educated people who benefit the society

i think the whole soggiorno process is a nightmare for everyone, waiting in the line from early morning in the cold weather. All this effort for the card you never receive. I guess it can made more easier for a 'developed country' like italy.

Applied for permesso in October 2017 received in July 2018 that expires in September 2018.
Applied for a new one in July 2018 date for finger prints in December 2018 might receive after I leave the country I guess. It's insane.

Voglio firmare questa petizione per far sì che la burocrazia non limiti la libertà a qualsiasi cittadino extra comunitario ,creando loro disagi nei vari spostamenti al di fuori del nostro stato (Italia )

I am studying laurea magistrale architecture in university of florence. I applied for my permesso last year and it will expire in september, even i dont have the permesso now.They always issue me 1 week or 10 days before the expiry date.So, I never got my permesso on time. Many times police ask me for document and they are not fine with showing the ricevuto and carta d'identita. If i dont have permesso i can not show it to them. Its true that i never travelled to other european countries because i own expired permesso all the year. Now i have the expired permesso of 2016.I dont understand why its so late only for me or other people too.

We need to our free movement for the Europ because we are not refugees we are legally acsept to stay and study in Italy
