As of Wednesday, February 27, 2008, HB5338 is out of Rules Committee and has now been assigned to Elementary and Secondary Education Committee. It has a 6-day posting notice for next Wednesday's (03/05/08) hearing in Springfield and should be posted by tomorrow (02/28/08).
