DCFS has a support line to help innocent children from families that are toxic. So many people call and then never call again because "no one helps change the situation". It is time to change the standards of DCFS. Stop allowing the innocent to stay in a toxic situation and ignoring the signs for help. Even when they have been dealing with the parents or guardians, they don't remove the children until one of them gets hurt or harmed in some shape or form. This needs to stop. The government needs to step in and change how DCFS is run and help more innocent children and family members.

My sister called them 3 times about her neighbors kids and nothing happened. Now those poor babies are in the hospital. DCFS needs a complete overhaul because their current system is failing everyone.
