Dear Michael Herwick, Executive Producer: The purpose of this petition is simple: we would like to see Lindsay Jones return to your show, If I Can Dream. We understand that she was initially hired on a temporary basis, but during her short tenure at the house, we came to eagerly anticipate her vibrant personality, audience interaction, and great recipes. We do not intend any insult to the new chef, Caitlyn Levin, but we feel that her personality is not as suited to the public format of the show. Lindsay, however, is the perfect chef for the IICD house:

1. With her lively, outgoing, and loveable personality, she interacts well with the viewers      

Posts recipes online for viewers

Talks to the cameras, shows what she is working on, includes interesting facts about food

Actively promotes the show on her own twitter account and blog

Naturally induces the Dreamers to be more entertaining (e.g., Kara and Justin performing the "Kitchen Song" for Lindsay)

2. We have heard the Dreamers convey displeasure with Caitlyn's meals when compared to Lindsay's. Lindsay works hard to make Dreamers what they want, making special meals to appeal to specific house guests, rather than dictating a specific diet for them
3. Lindsay, by actively sharing with us that her dream is to become a television/celebrity chef, exemplifies the spirit of the show
4. As viewers, we would genuinely look forward to tuning in during Lindsay's scheduled time. Now, we rarely make an effort to watch during dinner preparation.

To this day, we still hear Dreamers say and see viewers tweet that they miss Lindsay. 

We, as viewers, want to see the Dreamers happy, and we want to tune in to a chef with whom we have a positive, personal connection. Lindsay Jones is that chef. We leave it up to you, as executive producer, to decide how she can be brought back, but here are a few suggestions: 

1. Treat Lindsay similar to a Dreamer. Have her come to the house to give cooking shows, and provide her with connections and resources to further her dream as you do with the others.

2. Lindsay can be a weekend chef, dessert chef, and/or special events chef (e.g., if the Dreamers want transportable lunches for a hiking trip, or if they would like to throw a football party for friends)

3. Include Lindsay in Tweet sessions and some house events.
