this petition is for the continued sale of spiders not for there removal, thought people might want to know that.

this is a good thing for the hobby, maybe we should start a petition that the ihs dont listen to you, everyone whos responsible will support this decision

The only people against this petition are either uneducated or highly invested in the milling of Python regius. This gene along with the jaguar gene in the Morelia species shouldn't be allowed. No reason for this.

To ban this snake is ridiculous. It is part of the species and shouldnt be segregated because it has certain issues. Any of they snakes can have be deformed have neuro issues ect. As a hobby and a collective we need to stand up and put a stop to these proceedings.

The ball python industry has been in shambles for the better part of the last decade. It's time to take steps to insure accountability amongst breeders.

Spider balls and their combos make some of the prettiest and most interesting pets. It would be a shame to lose this amazing morph at shows.

If they are gonna ban the spider morph based on the possibility of genetic deformity then they should ban champagnes, super cinnamons ect. Banning a single morph is not only childish but will also damage the retail side of breeding because there are so many beautiful morphs that include the spider gene.

There is nothing wrong with this snake I have mine and he is a bit odd at times but one of the best snakes I've ever owned so back off

This is a completely absured ban proposal, to actually ban a specific morph because certain people don't like it or agree with it is absolutely insane. The people that are supposed to be apart of this industry, need to stop banning together to tare other parts of our industry down. For the ones that are for bans in your own Industry, get out, we don't need more ridiculous people attaching us from the inside. For those that don't like the spider Gene/morph, don't buy it, don't look at it, don't use it, and leave the rest of us to keep what's left of our industry that is constantly under some kind of scrutiny and or attacks, please and thank you.
