I agree completely with this interim ordinance. Don't rush to please the developers. Remember the residents. Thank you, Sara Raddatz

Please extend the IHO until the Community Planning process is complete and everyone has a chance for input. Keep Mission Hills people oriented rather than bldg. oriented.

As a lifelong resident and 3rd generation resident of Mission Hills I think the recent development of mid rise condominiums is blight on the historic nature of Mission Hills. Developments like this will overshadow the unique and historic nature of what makes Mission Hills, Bankers Hill the beautiful and special neighborhoods that they are. Please don't allow my neighborhood to become another Little Italy of Condos.

The current height limit is even too high, but it should be an acceptable compromise to any developer. Any increase in the current interm limit would total destroy the character of our neighborhood. I'm a strong supporter of growth within existing communities, but I don't want our community ruined in the process.

I encourage you to extend the IHO. When I drive through parts of Hillcrest and see the beautiful old homes dwarfed by tall buildings, I am saddened by the loss of character of these great neighborhoods. Is this happening in Kensington? I think not....

I am a native San Diegan, born and raised in Mission Hills. I have made my thoughts known about Falcon St. Commons and 1Mission, I hope you listen to us, the people that really want to save our community and not the builders who care nothing of Mission Hills. As an example look at the empty spaces at that behemoth 1Mission. Not affordable and out of place!

I am displeased with the Developmnt Services Department attempting to modify the IHO after the extreme lengths the citizens had to go through to get it in place.
