Greg Popovich is the very upmost definition of how a coach is suppose to teach the game of Basketball. Popovich has taught us all that Championships are won with Teamwork, not soley one individual in the spotlight. He coaches the Fundamentals of Basketball and how they truly should be used. Flashy moves and big talk isnt what the San Antonio Spurs is about.......it's about One Team playing the game they love in its most purest form. Popovich is a perfect example of a great leader and team player. I will gladly support the decision re-naming this school after him.

My son,nieces,nephews and friends all graduated from Lee H.S. I will tell you that every time I went to event. The confederate flag disturbed me.

Lee / ISA alum here. Let's make this happen. Pop is a way better leader than Robert E. Lee was and almost certainly less racist.

Gregg Popovich has done so much for the city of San Antonio and the Spurs organization. Also, he's a very active member of our community. The least we can do him is rename Lee HS after him. His legacy needs to stretch outside of basketball.
