If Hillary Clinton withdraws from the race, we the people request Bernie Sanders replace her as the Democratic nominee. Bernie Sanders has nationally campaigned - extensively, vigorously, and vocally - as well as represented us for years; so we have all had a chance to learn his views, his capabilities, his temperament, and his character. He is hard-working, knowledgeable, sane, well-spoken, intelligent, compassionate, honest, educated, mature, and progressive. He does not run wildly into unnecessary wars. He appreciates the value of diplomacy. He cares about people - all people - and he cares about our planet. He understands and respects climate science. He respects people of different races, ethnicities, and religions. What's more, he promotes all the ideals and causes the Democratic Party supposedly supports: working people, jobs, labor rights, fairness, education, and ecology. He also polls extremely well against Donald Trump, so he comes with more guaranteed votes than any other potential candidate. Sanders is the kind of president America needs right now, and his ratings show that the people know it. He has the character and ideals we can vote for, more than anyone else your committee might put forward. Please show us that the Democratic Party is actually the party of the people by honoring the will of the people. If Hillary Clinton withdraws, we want Bernie Sanders as our candidate. Thank you.
