Talk about a massive overreach. Employees need better training because this is just straight up harassment.

This is rediculous. My cousin was treated like a criminal just for asking a question in Farsi. Apple needs to get it together.
NEVER buying another product from them again. Treating customers like this in the US is completely unacceptable.

My parents experienced this exact thing at the mall. So humiliating. Why is this happening in 2016? Stop the profiling.
