1.) IDENTIFY ETHNIC RACE ON ALL ARREST, JAIL, PRISON, AND CONFINEMENT RECORDS

America is a beautiful place to live,except for occasional crime. Some groups commit more crime than others. (Due to poor family values, negative peer pressure, gangs, and more.) Our government tries to keep up with CRIME STATISTICS ACCORDING TO RACE, BUT FAILS BECAUSE NO TWO FORMS ARE THE SAME.

This incorrect record keeping allows crime statistics to wrongfully reflect which RACE or ETHNIC CLASS is responsible for crime they commit. Often times forms don't list Hispanic as an option for race (instead the officer is forced to wrongfullychoose another option, often listing the person as white). This is a grievous error, REFLECTING POORLY, incorrectly changing crime statistics hurting a large group of race/class which did not commit those crimes. This is a REAL LIFE EXAMPLE, reflecting on our county arrest records and how they are handled.

Allowing this to happen, or allowing officers to SKIP listing the correct race is a disadvantage to correct record keeping, changing policy and law in our community. (Our county forms don't include Hispanic as an option for race on arrest records - often the officer will choose WHITE as race on arrest forms,or leave race BLANK). This causes an imbalance on crime statistics in our community, deflecting crimes on to a race different than the person arrested.

2.) LIST IF INDIVIDUAL IS PROVEN U.S. CITIZEN, OR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT HIDING IN AMERICA ON ALL ARREST, JAIL, PRISON, AND CONFINEMENT RECORDS

3.) MAKE ALL FORMS THE SAME. IDENTIFY IN A BIG BOX AT UPPER CORNER OF PAGE, IF PERSON ARRESTED IS ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT

4.) SYNC HOMELAND SECURITY AND IMMIGRATION TO ALL ARREST, JAIL, PRISON, AND CONFINEMENT RECORDS... AUTOMATICALLY DEPORTING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS CAUSING CRIME IN AMERICA.

5.) AUTOMATICALLY POST ALL MUG SHOTS ONLINE FOR THE PUBLIC TO VIEW. IT IS MY OBSERVATION, THOSE IN MY COUNTY GETTING AWAY WITH MULTIPLE ARRESTS USE MULTIPLE ALIASES.

TECHNOLOGY TODAY ALLOWS COMPUTERS TO IDENTIFY IMAGES, SO IT IS UNCONCEIVABLE THAT INDIVIDUALS SHOULD GET AWAY WITH USING MULTIPLE ALIASES, IF COMPUTERS AND RECORDS ARE LINKED.

IF CASINOS IN NEVADA HAS THIS TECHNOLOGY, WHY CAN'T LAW ENFORCEMENT HAVE THE SAME?

6.) ALLOW FACE RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY ON LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ARREST RECORDS. THIS INCLUDES ALL ARREST, JAIL, PRISON, AND CONFINEMENT RECORDS.
