This Industrial facility should not be placed in a Dense, rural, residential area, but instead, should be placed in a pre existing industrial site.

I am completely against having this Smelter go in near our area. Property values will drop, air pollution, truck traffic will increase, noise pollution, environmental impact, I could go on. This will have an impact on communities all the way North on hwy 95, as this is a main arterial from Canada.
