This Petition is being created, and will be presented to the Idaho Fish and Game Commission. This petition is signed by Sportsmen, and it's purpose is for the immediate removal of Virgil Moore, Director of the Idaho Fish and Game, from his duties without pension. Not only has he mismanaged the organization during his tenure, but he has also overstepped his boundaries by making unilateral bureaucratic decisions. The most recent is declaring that the Idaho Fish and Game proclamation outlines guidelines, as opposed to laws. This creates a gray area for Sportsmen, Prosecutors, and Judges when making ethical and legal decisions. Listed below are some the Major Failures that create an urgency for Virgil's dismissal:
