We are getting the dubious honour of paying the highest premiums in the country folks! We are in line to possibly be paying $2,500.00 per year for what we pay $1,800.00 now within 5 years in ICBC is successful in getting their tiered 42% increase. What is all this from: There are so many fraud or exaggerated claims and then of course fake artists suing for pseudo injuries when the car is barely dented, and so many bad drivers that good drivers are subsidizing, as well as we are sharing the costs of fixing luxury cars which are well known to be six times the cost of what it costs the regular folks to fix our cars and on it goes... I know you probably don't want to be bothered to sign (neither did I) but we need competition to lower our rates--just like Alberta. I was insured there and it was a lot less expensive and it's even better when you turn 55. My dad pays $650 per year for his car. Don't buy into the sound bites that say privatization is going to skyrocket the rates, hello--they already are skyrocketing under our bloated bureaucracy. We are the silent majority and we have to try to get heard even though we are all kept busy working trying to keep up with all these increases that keep coming and coming. Power in numbers, add your voice today!

Enough with the never ending increases. Road Star drivers are paying for the never ending bad drivers and it's getting worse. Their rules are not about saving lives but about filling their pockets with our cash.

Privitazation is the only way to ensure consumers can access reasonable auto insurance rates. Also, ICBC is one of the most corrupt organizations in BC and I don't feel I should have to support this corruption because I want the luxury of having a car.

The reason the BC Liberals don't privatize auto insurance is that they can raid ICBC for huge amounts of cash when they feel like it.
Just before the last election that made Christy Clark Premier, the BC Liberals took $ 24 million dollars of our money out of ICBC and used it as they saw fit.
That is just WRONG.
