Seeing this much momentum behind the timing change at IC Ain Aar feels surreal. It is deeply personal to see so many families acknowledging the daily struggle this schedule creates for us. This energy gives me hope that we can finally get the school to listen.

My own child struggles daily with this disconnect and I am determined to see us align with international standards. We are almost at two hundred and fifty signatures but we need a final push to force the administration to take us seriously. Please send the link to your classmates and colleagues right now so we can hit that goal by tonight.

The decision is not in line with IC’s communicated mission and values, which is a big concern to parents that recently moved their kids to the school because of these values, hoping to raise their kids to “serve as role models in a global society”. What a disappointment…
We request the International College to abid by the international summer time as of now and not to follow this irrational decision.
This decision will disrupt the parents’ and the kids’ daily activities and commitments. We hope from you to reconsider your decision.
It’s a shame if we follow the local decision. IC is an international school that we trusted to teach our kids the morals and human rights. I believe that the school management will not implement the postponing of the daylight saving.
I have other kids in daycare, my work and my husband work all are following the international timing.

A modern school , that believes in the modern world , that encourages its students to go beyond borders, abides such decisions !!!!! I’m speechless
