As a former member of Coveleigh Club in Rye, NY (4 paddle courts) and Roxbury (4 paddle courts). We absolutely need these for member satisfaction and to remain competitive.

Paddle is a key reason for my IC membership. As my teenagers go to College over the upcoming 5 years, it becomes a more important feature. A Director of Racquets is a great add to the club and I am excited for that.
Now we need club support for facilities that are used year round. A forth court is needed for leagues, tournaments, socials, etc. It would provide a strong support for the new Director of Racquets. Having 3 courts limits the amount of Paddle programs that can be enacted.

Our paddle program is developing with excellent coaching and competitive, enthusiastic teams on both the men’s and women’s side. Since matches have 4 lines it would greatly assist us to have 4 courts to use so that the matches can proceed at the same time. We r excited to see a Director of Racquets has been hired and hope that a new club house or renovated club house will be considered soon, too. As longstanding members of the IC, we strongly urge the Board to include the 4th court in its budget for this year.

The IC has a very strong paddle program with so much potential to become even stronger. The addition of a fourth court would allow more flexibility with practice times, allow for league matches to be played more smoothly, and most importantly allow more players to play!

Having four courts has become table stakes and would allow all teams to play at the same time on weekends instead of staggering starts (which only causes frustration and problems for the captains/players). Please keep the IC competitive and don't let the IC fall behind due to lack of a court.

I am signing this because it is time not the Italian center paddle program be able to compete fairly with our competitors. We are the only club that only has 3 quarts which limits our practice times, and the ability to hold games and tournaments at our homebase. Additionally, many of us have spent countless hours and time, raising money for a paddle court, when, in actuality, no other club hast to raise money for its own facilities, we would appreciate the use of the funds already raised in addition to the Italian club contributing towards the fourth Court thank you for your consideration

Not only would the 4th court provide us the ability to play all 4 lines of league matches at the same time and support the need for court time, but the mens league is currently capped at 4 teams per league regulations given we only have 3 cts, yet we have the players and the skill levels to add teams and focus on promoting them to higher divisions.

Fourth court definitely needed. Match play is 4 courts. Most clubs have 4 courts.
