I live at Carriage House east here in Indianapolis In 46235 and this morning when i came out to take my kids to school my car was gone even if i don't have licenses i should still have a residential parking place and yet they want me to park in a unlit area to get to my apt and this is wrong I've been living at Carriage house for 3 years and how this law came about was through corp but corporate was not thinking About the residents that live close to the officeand you need to see where they would like for us to park its total madness
