I Wish to sue Bodylab for violating the rights of their consumers

I have been a victim of Body Labs fraud. 2013/2014 I was approached by a gentleman named Vusi. Talked about 1 free 7 days subscription than if interested can sign up the contract. They started debiting my account and telling me I'm owing. I haven't even set any foot to the gym.

I am recieving threat from body lab gym forcing me to pay for services I am not using. They say I must pay if not they will blacklist me.

I want to sue bodylab They ruined my life They're treating to blacklist me

They are the fraudsters that need to be stopped, we work hard to make our money and they just take it for nothing

I'm owing them money of which I did cancel my contract because I didn't have money to continue paying ..now they are busy sending messages that I'll face legal actions

Their consultant forced to join, after explaining my reason that I’m not working therefore I don’t have money. Look I’m sitting on debts

I am a student swimming in debt and i hardly have any income. I too fell for tgis scame years back and they keep on threatening to black list me i now even have a fear of signing anything given to me. And on top of tgat i had not even stepped foot in their gym since i kept on inquiring that they should cancel the subscription and they refused.

I did sign up for that contract and asked the lady who was helping me that am I gonna be able to cancel this? She replied to me that yes you can cancel it any time you want...even though I didn't notice that it was a scam.Now they are threatening me that if I dont pay up their money they will take out legal actions and they will blacklist me

I told them i want to cancel contract but they told me that i must wait for the mananger. Till today I'm waiting for that mananger. They take money in my account everyday. They lied about that 1 month free

I signed the contract with body lab but I couldn't use their services I tried cancelling and they told me that the contract is for a year. If I continue with not paying they will blacklist me so I told them to go ahead as I have no income.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They’re ripping us off

I was deceived body lab, they recruited me to join their gym of which they said that it's free for the first month and that no installment will be valid. I canceled my the gum even b4 the one month ended. Before signing the contract I asked the consultant that why should I sign if it's free he told me that it's just to have access to the gym when I come and I should cancel it b4 month end of which I did. Today I'm being told I owe 1900. I'm losing jobs because of this cos I'm failing Itc tests.

I am a victim, they sent me sms saying i am owing 6k and being handed in to Vertex. I mean i never set my foot to their gym. They offered me a voucher and i never specify when will i come to them to activate it or start using it (that if i decide to) all of the sudden they take my money from my account. When i phone them no one picks up. I even changed my Bank

I've been getting calls from vertex saying I owe the gym R6500. I've never in my life set my foot in that gym. I only remember one of their promoters taking my details claiming that I qualify to get a voucher to come explore the gym for 1 day. That's all he said. I had no idea he was making me sign a contract. And all this happened in 2017
