I have a Class C Misdemeanor for theft that I did not do but was charge due to the fact I was offering ride to a neighbor whom went in the store shoplifting and ran to my car after been caught how the store contacted the police and they ran my license plate and I had outstanding warrants and because I was the driver they also charge me with the crime ,however I paid money to Attorney Lynn Q Johnson serving the Dallas County a total of $600 for memo agreement and the case resulted in a dismissal now I would like my record expunge to keep job from discriminated against me, Hello world I need your help right away I do not want jobs to look at me as criminal because I did not hurt anyone I have one daughter to live and make efforts for and I'm currently in the Healthcare field and wanting to further my education with a fresh background.
