50 Shores residents petitioned against this tower at the SJC Hearing in December 2025, and the SJC PZA voted NO to issuing a tower permit to build. An appeal has been filed and the SJC Board of Commissioners will conduct another public hearing and vote to make a final determination on this matter. 50 people have already stopped this process. 50, 500, or 5,000 of us that want it to happen can make the difference! I live in St. Johns County and/or the Shores and am in overwhelming favor for the Cell Tower to be built in the neighborhood. And/or I/we visit family or work in or for residents in the Shores and need cell signal while there. I/we have little to poor to NO cell or data service in the community now whether I be a resident or visitor of the Shores! Please vote to approve this Cell Tower Permit.
