Allow Michigan fishing opportunities the chance to rival those of other areas

LSC has a great history and tradition, the older glory days are coming back. Spearing can only hurt the progress and in turn keep fishermen and their spending $$$ away. Thanks

Ban spearing on such a valuable resource that takes so long to reach trophy size and with reduced numbers will cause decades of damage to recover from. Not to mention if the fish population goes on the decline so does tourism from the fishing community.

I am a spearer and a muskie fisherman and I believe that muskies should not be speared anywhere due to their long life slow growth rates, and success for catch and release.

LSC is such a special muskie fishery and allowing spearing to put this unique population at risk is totally unaccetable

I fish Michigan waters, Lake St. Clair every year. I strongly oppose spearing Muskie on any waters.

Please get with modern fisheries management techniques, this archaic practice must stop, remember apex predators are key in the overall health of any particular ecosystem , there loss may not be felt immediately but in the long run there is always a consequence , please put a stop to this practice, thank you
