I was torn at first. Not because if Hy-Vee, but because of the Terrace. Then I saw and learned how many resources would be used to bring it to code and how many more would be used to put the MCM shine back into it.
I drive to Hy-Vee in New Hope to shop every week and would appreciate closer. You have the opportunity to grow this community and wipe that crappy lot out of Robbinsdale.
