While I think we need a grocery store, I would prefer a Trader Joe's or Surdik's as the food quality is better. If it is about having another Cub Food or Rainbow food type store, it is not necessarily.

I am driving all the way over to New Hope to go to Hyvee, and I live in North Mpls. It would be AMAXING to have Hyvee so close!!!!!!!!
