I support and am excited for Hy-Vee's proposed store in Robbinsdale. I am hopeful that having a grocery store occupy a long vacant area will have a positive effect on the community. I also am pleased to hear that a company that treats its employees so well is going to be making its home in Birdtown.
I fully respect and understand my fellow community members' opinions and hesitations. But I think that moving forward in a mindful way to grow our community is the right move.
