I believe planned and thoughtful growth will be beneficial to our neighborhood and the community at-large. For the past year I have followed River Knoll’s proposal which is now before the Town Board and Planning Board and believe it thoughtfully addresses the interests of residents, its neighborhood, and the site’s surroundings, and it is particularly sensitive to the natural environment.

It is also clear to me that this project will go a long way to strengthening our downtown by supporting our retail establishments, restaurants, and service businesses, with residents who are interested in shopping locally.

I urge your support of River Knoll and encourage you to expedite its approval.
