By now many of us have seen the disgraceful, wholly unacceptable behavior demonstrated by the University of CA, Davis campus police department. As student peaceful sat protesting on the ground police, police sprayed them with wave after wave of mace. "The students had encircled the officers," she said Saturday. "They needed to exit. They were looking to leave but were unable to get out." So Ms. Spicuzza, what you're saying is that your police force is so incredibly inept and under trained that none of them could figure out how to just step over these people and be on their way? Brutal force and chemical attacks were the only answer? Worst yet, is that you have the gall, and the lack of moral decency to defend their actions. Someone like you should be in jail, not in a position of power you so clearly will abuse when it suits your whims. You disgust us.
